With the help of advanced technology, MTR* In-train TV delivers CABLE TV News via dedicated optic fibre from the i-CABLE Media Centre to the MTR Media Centre, then to access points along MTR East Rail, Tuen Ma Line, Kwun Tong and South Island Lines, and eventually through wireless transmission to each LCD screen on operating trains, facilitating MTR passengers to receive updated CABLE TV News and commercial messages while they are on the trains.
