The Job :
Administration
- Provide routine office administrative, accounting and clerical support duties as required
- Support of reimbursement staff expense, data entry, stock movement report, etc.
- purchasing, office supplies, facilities & printing stationeries
- handle equipment/assets/office maintenance
- outdoor service arrangement
- Weekly and monthly reports update
- Marketing database management
- Development and enhancement of various system programming for sales booking processing and sales analysis
- Co-operate closely with cross departments to ensure the smooth daily operation
- To assist in other ad hoc tasks / projects whenever nece
HR
- staff benefits (handle leave & medical claims follow up)
- staff attendance, OT record & OT compensation
- Recruitment arrangement
- new staff on board & staff resignation follow up
- freelancer & temp/part-time staff payment
- Weekly and monthly reports update
The Person :
- F.7 or above
- At least 3 year’s accounting/sales admin experience, work in media/advertising agency/ is preferable
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Familiar with PC software of Chi & Eng Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of both written & oral English with independent Chi & Eng correspondence
- Mature, Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Able to work under pressure & hardworking
